新生儿支气管肺发育不良研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 支气管肺发育不良（BPD）是由于发育不成熟等多种因素共同作用下致肺泡和肺内血管发育受阻的一种慢性肺疾患。1967年Northway等首次提出了BPD的概念．认为本病继发于严重呼吸窘迫综合征（ROS），与氧毒性及机械通气气压伤等密切相关。进入20世纪90年代，随着糖皮质激素的产前应用、机械通气技术的改进和肺表面活性物质的广泛应用．早产儿的存活率不断提高，但BPD的发病率有逐年增高的趋势，
