摘要
简述了数字参考咨询服务的起源和发展历程,概述了当前参考咨询服务的3种模式以及实时与虚拟参考咨询的现状和缺点。从图书馆开展自助式服务的有利因素出发,分析了网站自助服务的优势,指出网站自助式服务是数字参考咨询的未来发展模式之一,并提出了图书馆开展网站自助式服务的具体措施。
The origin and development of digital reference service were described in brief. Three current reference service models were introduced. The status quo of real-time and virtual reference service and their problems were outlined. The advantages of Web self service in libraries were analyzed concerning their beneficial conditions. Pointed out in this paper is that Web self service is one of the future digital reference service models with certain specific measures proposed.
