摘要
知识服务是以用户为中心,面向知识创新、知识传播与知识应用的新型服务模式。针对图书馆知识服务的涵义和主要特征,分析了高校图书馆开展知识服务的必要性,从服务理念、资源建设、学科建设、评价体系建设、人员培训等五方面阐述了实施高校图书馆知识服务的策略。
Knowledge service is a new service provided in libraries with its focus on users by stressing knowledge innovation, dissemination and application. The necessity of providing knowledge service in college and university libraries was analyzed in view of its meaning and major features. The strategies for its implementation were discussed from the following five aspects including the service concept, resources development, subject construction, assessment system construction, and personnel training.
