摘要
分析了改革开放以来,我国法学教育的现状,指出目前我国法学教育存在目标定位混乱、实践能力培养不足,以及法律人文教育缺乏等问题。认为创新我国法学教育,必须重新定位法学教育的目标,合理运用案例教学法,持续加强人文教育的力度。
The status quo of law education since China＇s opening reformation is analyzed and some existing problems are pointed out which are including disordered goal position, insufficient practical ability cultivation and the shortage of law human education. It is pointed out that in order to innovate the law education in China, we must replace the goal of law education, apply case teaching method reasonably and strengthen the power of human education continually.
