摘要 在分析当前个别高校行政管理专业课堂教学有效知识量、实用时间、课堂学习投入度等方面的基础上,认为我国高校行政管理专业课堂教学的有效性存在诸多问题,因此需要不断更新传统教学观念、转变教学方式、创新教学手段,进而提高适应行政管理专业的课堂教学的有效性,提升大学课堂的教学质量。 On the basis of the analysis of administration-management major classroom teaching's effective knowledge amount, pragmatic time and class involvement in some colleges and universities, some problems existing in classroom teaching effectiveness of administration major of colleges and universities are pointed out. In order to improve this situation, it is necessary to constantly update traditional teaching conception, change the teaching method and innovate teaching approaches, at the aim of improving the effectiveness of class teaching adaptable to administrative management majors and boost the classroom teaching quality of colleges and universities in China.
