The undergraduate academic record management is one of the important parts in the university teaching management. It becomes a main basis for evaluating the learning effect of undergraduates and the teaching quality of teachers. Besides, it has a significant reference value to the teaching innovation and the teaching quality control. This paper presents ten effort points to upgrade the efficiency of the undergraduate academic record management, such as establishing rules, improving the collection pattern of academic records, constructing an academic warning system, and reinforcing the record statistical analysis.
