关于我国石油地质专业人才培养的探析 被引量:2

摘要 通过素质教育培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才是高等教育的核心目标。但是,从石油地质专业现行的教育体制和方法来看,还存在着很多不利于应用型、综合型人才培养的因素。笔者根据在澳大利亚高校及研究机构的访问经历,结合国内的石油地质专业教育现状,从野外教学、课堂互动、实践教学、考核方式和校企联合培养等方面对石油地质专业人才的培养进行了有益探讨,旨在培养具备扎实的专业基础、丰富的理论知识、较强动手能力的高层次复合型石油地质人才。 It is a core for higher education to train talents with initiative spirit and innovative ability through quality education. According to current education system and method of petroleum geology major, however, it exist many disadvantageous factors to train the applicable-oriented, comprehensive talents. On the basis of the author's visiting experience in universities and research organization of Australia, integrated with domestic educational current status, it is to be discussed the professional training in pe- troleum geology in the geological field practice,teacher-student interactive, practice teaching,evaluating mechanism and cooperation between university and enterprises, which aimed to train the petroleum geology talents with excellent professional basis, rich theory knowledge, strong manipulative ability and high-level integrative ability.
