摘要
在有机介质中,脂肪酶L-1754催化非天然有机硅化合物三甲基硅烷醇酯化反应的速度高于Lipozyme。L-1754对脂肪酸链长有很强的特异性且不同于Lipozyme。有机硅烷醇的结构、反应介质及反应体系的水含量对酶促酯化反应均有显著的影响。适宜的反应介质为正辛烷。水含量为0.06(w/v,%)的反应体系较利于反应的进行。
Esterification of non natural trimethylsilyl alcohol with fatty acid in organic phase could be catalyzed by L 1754 more effectively than by Lipozyme. L 1754 catalyzed esterification reaction was markedly influenced by the structure of organosilyl alcohol, the hydrophobicity of reaction medium and the water content of the reaction system. The best medium for the reaction was found to be n octane and the optimum water content for the reaction was 0.06 (w/v,%)
