剖析了私营经济产生的宏观背景,从社会认识有待更新、企业资本和发展资金不足、企业人才匮乏,职工素质偏低、缺乏公平竞争的市场环境等角度探讨了武汉私营经济发展存在的问题,从拓宽融资渠道、加大人才引进支持力度、创造公平竞争的外部环境等方面提出了武汉私营经济发展的相关对策建议。

The paper analyzed the private economy macro background, discussed problems in the development of private economy in Wuhan,from the perspective of social awareness to be updated, venture capital and development, insufficient funding, lack of entrepreneurial talents and enterprises, workers and low quality, lack of fair competition in the market environment.From the broadening financing channels, to increase its efforts to bring talented people, and create fair competition in the external environment, the paper put forward the development of private economy in Wuhan related countermeasures and proposals.
