Preliminary Studies on Positions in Agricultural Scientific Innovation System With a View to Archives Practice——Take Hubei Agriculturcal Science and Technology Innovation Center as an Example

农业科技档案服务农业科技创新,是深化档案管理的必然。正在推进中的湖北省农业科技创新中心项目,就是充分地开发现有档案的资源,加速档案应用机制服务于科技创新的实践,且建立独具区域特色创新岗位体系的一次尝试。

Regarding agricultural Science and Technology, letting archive serve innovation is beyond doubt for deepening records management in our academe. The agricultural technology innovation center project, which is promoting in Hubei Province at present, is a practical activity to fully develop the resources of the existing files and speed up the file application for science and technology innovation, and is an attempt to establish a unique system of job innovation. For this reason, the paper will give a preliminary study on this topic.
