This paper discusses library management, especially in digital library management, whether it should introduce the project management concepts and methods and how to introduce, and the ＂East Lake, Wuhan University Campus Library website＂ project as a case, combined with the project and project management theory, analysis of the characteristics of digital library projects and elements of project management technology in the digital library project planning, program refinement, system selection, planning and implementation, drawn and evaluation throughout the project life cycle use.
