摘要
采用SDS-PAGE方法,对水牛和牦牛的乳上皮黏蛋白(MUC1)的遗传多态性进行了检测,结果在11个水牛乳样品中检测到5个MUC1复等位基因和6种基因型,MUC1分子量依次为98、122、131、140、146kD;在34个牦牛乳样品中检测到4个MUC1复等位基因和8种基因型,MUC1分子量依次为173、179、184、196 kD,两者均表现出丰富的多态性。水牛乳MUC1基因杂合度和有效等位基因数均高于牦牛乳,表明水牛MUC1基因座遗传变异程度大于牦牛。
Water buffalo and yak were used to study the genetic polymorphism of milk epithelial mucin,MUC1,with the SDS-PAGE method.Five MUC1 alleles and six genotypes were detected in 11 water buffalo milk samples,with molecular weight of 98 kD,122 kD,131 kD,140 kD and 146 kD,respectively;and in 34 yaks,four MUC1 alleles and eight genotypes were found,with molecular weight of 173 kD,179 kD,184 kD and 196 kD,respectively.Both showed a rich polymorphism.Milk MUC1 gene heterozygosity and effective number of alleles in water buffalo were higher than those in yak.This suggested that the genetic variability of buffalo MUC1 was higher than that of yak.
