摘要 试验研究了不同天气和时间对西葫芦花粉生活力的影响及不同授粉时间对种子质量、数量和子叶苗质量的影响。结果表明,晴天花粉生活力最强的时间段是6∶00~9∶00,阴转晴天气花粉生活力最强的时间段是6∶00~10∶00,阴天花粉生活力最强的时间段是6∶00~11∶00,各种天气状况综合在一起,花粉生活力最强的时间段是7∶00~10∶00。在8∶00授粉所得的种子质量和数量均为最多;其次为6∶00授粉的,种子数量大,但种子质量稍差于8∶00授粉的;10∶00授粉的种子数量较少,但种子质量好;12∶00授粉的种子量极少。8∶00授粉得到的种子其子叶苗质量最好,其次为10∶00授粉的,再次为6∶00授粉的,12∶00授粉的种子子叶苗质量最差。因此,适宜授粉的时间为6∶00~10∶00。 The effects of climate and time interval on the pollen viability and the effect of pollination time on the seed quality,seed number and seedlings quality of Cucurbita pepo were studied.The results showed that pollen with most viability in sunny day was the time interval of 6∶00 to 9∶00,while in cloudy day was 6∶00 to 10∶00 and in cloudy to sunny day was 6∶00 to 11∶00.The pollen with most viability in different climate was the time interval of 7∶00 to 10∶00.The best seed quality and highest seed number were obtained when pollinated at 8∶00,then at 6∶00.The seed number was reduced when pollinated at 10∶00 while the seed quality was better.The smallest seed number were obtained when pollinated at 12∶00.The highest seedling quality was obtained when pollinated at 8∶00,then at 10∶00,and then at 6∶00.The worst seed quality was gained when pollinated at 12∶00.The appropriate time of pollination time interval was 6∶00 to 10∶00.
