摘要
以北五味子的茎为外植体,采用3种不同的MS培养基对其进行诱导,探讨不同浓度NAA、2,4-D对北五味子茎的诱导成活率的影响。结果表明,MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂9 g/L培养基对北五味子茎的诱导成活率最高,为最佳诱导分化培养基。
Using four kinds of MS culture medium,the effects of different combinations of NAA and the 2,4-D as A(0.1 mg/L,0.5 mg/L),B(0.3 mg/L,0.3 mg/L),C(0.5 mg/L,0.1 mg/L) and CK(0 mg/L) on induction and differentiation of stem in Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils were studied.The findings indicated that the culture medium A(0.1 mg/L,0.5 mg/L) was the best for stem induction survival rate of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils.
