摘要
采用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化白屈菜中白屈菜红碱,并对白屈菜红碱的抑菌效果进行了研究。结果表明,AL-2型大孔吸附树脂对白屈菜红碱具有良好的吸附和解吸性能,效果最佳,适宜的分离条件为吸附温度30℃,上样液浓度为0.9 mg/mL,上样流速为1.0 mL/min,样品洗脱乙醇体积分数为30%,以1.5mL/min速度洗脱时,洗脱液量为4BV为洗脱终点;纯化后的白屈菜红碱对甜瓜枯萎病病菌、西瓜枯萎病病菌、茄子黄萎病病菌、黄瓜枯萎病病菌、辣椒炭疽病病菌的菌丝生长均具一定抑制作用。
The chelerythrine from Chelidonium majus by macroporous resin adsorbent,and its anti-fungal activity was observed.The result showed that the macroporous resin adsorbent AL-2 was the optimal absorbent material.The optimum conditions of adsorption and desorption were as follows: adsorption temperature 30℃,sample concentration 0.9 mg/mL,adsorption speed 1.0 mL/min,and the volume of 30%(V / V) ethanol 4 BV as eluant with desorption speed 1.5 mL/min.The purified chelerythrine showed a certain inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.melonis,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum,Verticillium dahliae,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum,Vermicularia capsici.
