摘要
精量排种器是精量播种机的核心部件,设计在传统精量排种器的基础上提出新的设计方案,将气吸式取种与窝眼式取种相结合,使空穴率有效降低;同时缩小了气室的大小,节约了用风量;并且简化了传动结构,能够有效地改善精量播种机的性能,适合小型全株距玉米精量播种机的配套安装。
Precision seedmeter device as the core component of precision seedmeter was improved in this paper.A new design on the base of traditional precision seedmeter device was proposed to reduce the hole rate,air chamber size and simplified the transmission structure by combining the air-suction with hole type.This combination improved the precision seedmeter performance effectively,and was suit to the small corn precision seedmeter which used in the whole plant space seeding.
