Analysis on the Changes of Farmers' Land Rights and Interests since Reform and Opening-up

农民土地权益是农村土地制度改革情况的直接反映。狭义上的农民土地权益主要包括土地生存权和土地发展权。基于"产权结构—要素流动"的理论分析模型,改革开放以来,中国农村土地政策变革下的农民土地权益变迁过程划分为三个阶段。这三个阶段在本质上也就是土地生存权和土地发展权逐步实现的过程。

The farmers＇ land rights and interests,mainly includes land subsistence right and land development right in the narrow sense,is a direct reflection of the situation of rural land system reform.According to the theoretical analysis model of ＂roperty rights structure-factor mobility＂,the changes of farmers＇ land rights and interests have successively gone through three stages with the reforms of Chinese rural land system since reform and opening up.These three stages,in essence,are the realization process of farmer＇s land subsistence right and land development right.
