摘要
用共同的保持系陕3B将07A、227A、NikA、陕2A、PolA5种不同的CMS转育成同核异质不育系,研究不育胞质与可育胞质的差异和5种不育胞质之间的差异。结果表明,除07A、PolA在含油量上有显著负效应外,在其余性状上5种不育胞质均表现正效应趋势,其组合间变幅较大。经细胞质相对效应和配合力的分析,在该核背景下陕2A和227A的不育胞质效应优于其它3种不育胞质。
The nuclei of 07A,227A,NikA,Shaan 2A and PolA were replaced with Shaan 3Bs nucleus.This reports studies on the differences between the sterile and normal cytoplasms,and the differences among five kind of sterile cytoplasms.The results showed that there were the trends of positive effects of the male sterile cytoplasm on major agronomic characters except for the oil content.The genetic effects of different types of cytoplasm appeared combining specialty obviously.For the nuclear background involved in this studies,the genetic effects of Shaan 2A and 227A were better than others.
