摘要
在150mmol/LNaCl胁迫下,长穗偃麦草(Agropyronelongatum,2n=70)4E染色体代换普通小麦4D染色体后能显著降低盐胁迫下植株地上部的Na离子含量而维持较高水平的K离子含量。因此,长穗偃麦草4E染色体上载有K/Na判别基因。
Under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress,higher K and lower Na ion contents in shoots of 4E(4D) substitution line,of which 4D chromosome is substituted by 4E chromosome from Agropyron elongatum (2n=70),are kept than those in common wheat.Thus 4E chromosome carries the gene of K/Na discrimination character,and the gene is stronger in salt tolerance than that on 4D chromosome from common wheat.
