摘要
研究了微量元素硒对高等植物小麦、水稻、丝瓜、黄瓜、大白菜等萌发种子及幼苗中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、谷胱甘肽及丙二醛含量的影响,以探讨硒在高等植物中抗氧化功能。结果表明:0-1500μg/L亚硒酸钠溶液处理种子及幼苗,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性比对照增加幅度为16.7%-106.7%,谷胱甘肽含量比对照增加4.9%-283.7%,丙二醛含量比对照降低15.9%-74.5%。作者认为,一定浓度硒营养对提高高等植物抗脂质过氧化功能有重要作用。
Effects of different concentration of selenium on the activity of GSH Px and the contents of GSH and MDA in germinating seeds and seedlings of rice,wheat,towel gourd,cucumber and Chinese cabbage were studied in order to find the relation of selenium and the function of anti oxidization in higher plants.The results showed that the activity of GSH Px and the content of GSH were respectively 16.7%-106.7% and 4.9%-283.7% higher than those of control,and the content of MDA was 15.9%-74.6% lower than that of control.It was suggested that the specific concentration of selenium nutrition acted an important role on enhancing the function of anti lipid peroxidation of higher plants and selenium element should be increased in manuring.
