Since the reform and opening to the outside world Chinese private economy has been developing and strengthening,but the development is uneven,and the private economy in the eastern area has been developing rapidly and takes on some new characteristics.The private economy in the western depressed area is far behind that in the eastern area.The experience of the eastern area is of great enlightenment to quickening the private economic development in the western depressed area.
