人雄激素芳香化酶与乳腺癌的发生和发展密切相关．综述了编码该酶的ＣＹＰ１９基因的结构、独特的组织特异性表达和调控ＣＹＰ１９基因表达的各种因素及其有关的调控机制．
Aromatase plays an important role in the initiation and development of breast cancer. A full description is given on the structure, the unique tissue specific expression pattern , the factors and mechanisms involved in the expression regulation of the gene of aromatase,CYP19.
