基于DEA的煤炭行业上市公司经营效率评价

Efficiency evaluation of coal listed companies based on DEA

运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,以2008年沪深两市21家煤炭上市公司为研究对象,总资产、员工人数、主营业务成本、净利润和主营业务收入为投入、产出变量,从技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率等方面对其经营效率进行了评价和分析,并以恒源煤电为例,根据DEA投影分析调整投入,使其达到DEA有效.同时结合投影分析结果,提出了提高企业经营效率的方向和对策,以供决策者参考.

The paper uses the method of data envelopment analysis （DEA） to evaluate the operating efficiency of twenty-one coal listed companies with the total capital, the quantity of employees, the major business cost ＆ return and net profit as variables in stock market of Shanghai ＆ Shenzhen in 2008, from the aspects of technology efficiency, pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency.. According to projection analysis of DEA to adjusts inputs and achieves effective DEA by taking the company of Heng Yuam Mei Dian as an example. Furthermore, this paper explores the way of improving the operating efficiency of coal enterprises for reference.
