摘要
在可控硅调压系统中,通过拼波方式控制负载电压能够减少系统谐波分量,有效提高功率因数,但拼波角度和电压有效值的定量关系难以计算。设计了一种可行有效的算法,通过两级电压值和用户设定电压值来直接计算拼波所需的角度。以美国德州仪器公司(TI)的定点DSP芯片TMS320F2812为控制单元,利用其IQmath库函数所实现的算法精度可调。该算法在实际工程应用中被证明,能快速而准确地按照用户要求对负载电压进行稳定地调节。
In a thyristor voltage regulating system,by using the voltage synthesis technology,the harmonic component of load voltage can be remarkably reduced,and then significantly improve the power factor of electricity grid system.However,the exact synthesis point,that is,the actual voltage synthesis angle is difficult to obtain.An effective algorithm design is represented.The algorithm can compute the needed angle directly according to the two level synthesis voltage value and related user demand.Achieved on TI's fixed point DSP TMS320F2812,including its IQmath library,the accuracy of this algorithm is adjustable.The design is verified to work stably and respond rapidly in a practical load voltage regulating system.
