含双缺陷光子晶体的缺陷模特性及应用

摘要 利用传输矩阵法,计算了含双缺陷的一维准周期光子晶体的透射谱,并分析了缺陷模的特征。结果表明:当两缺陷层的折射率为1时,该光子晶体的透射谱有一包含可见光所有波长的带隙。而当两缺陷层的折射率为1.1时,原带隙中产生了一缺陷模,且此缺陷模的位置和透射峰值都随两缺陷层折射率不同而变化。折射率越大,缺陷模位置对应的波长越长,缺陷模的峰值也越大。利用缺陷模的这一特性,可以设计一种微型的烟雾传感器。 The transmission spectrum of quasi-periodic 1-D photonic crystal containing two defects was calculated by transfer matrix method,and the emphasis was put on the analysis of the characteristics of the defect mode.The results indicate that:When the refractive index of the two defects layer is 1,the transmission spectrum of the photonic crystal has a band-gap containing all wavelength of the visible light,but when the refractive index of the two defects layer is 1.1,a defect mode appears in the original band-gap,the location and the peak of the defect mode vary with the refractive index of two defect layers.The greater the refractive index is,the longer the wavelength corresponding to the defect mode location is,and the peak of the defect modes is also greater.The use of this feature of the defect modes,you can design a smoke micro-sensor.
