摘要
我国职业教育经过30年的恢复、调整、改革和高速发展,形成了以政府主导、行业-企业参与、职业学校实施为主要特色的职业教育办学体系。已往关于我国职业教育吸引力的研究仅停留在表层原因的分析上。本文提出,应深入到文化层面和哲学层面,培育合乎时代精神的职业教育新理念以及合乎国情的职业教育文化。
China＇s vocational education system with the main characteristics of the government -leading, industry enterprises-participating and vocational school-implementing has formed through 30 years of recovery, adjustment, reform and rapid development. The informed researches on the attractiveness of vocational education in China are in the surface level. This article proposes that we should deepen into cultural level and philosophical level to develop the new ideas of vocation education to meet the time spirit and the vocational education culture suited to the situation of China.
