根据教育部颁布的《独立学院设置与管理办法》,独立学院未来五年内必须实现民营化。独立学院民营化可以实现资金来源多元化、教育资源利用广泛化和产权归属明晰化,但发展中有不少困惑。本文归纳与分析当前对独立学院民营化发展的各种观点,提出独立学院民营化发展的有效途径。

According to ＂The Measures of Independent Institute Setting and Management issued by Ministry of Education＂, independent institute must realize the privatization in the next five years. The privatization of independent institute can achieve the diversification of funding sources, the wideness of educational resources and the clarity of the ownership of property rights. Through the summary of various viewpoints and the plight for the current development of the privatization of independent institute, the article proposes an effective way of realizing the sustainable development of the privatization of independent institute.
