深圳地铁5号线BT项目模式新,工期紧,地质及周边环境复杂,工法种类多,安全风险高,预控难度大。在对BT项目重大安全风险充分辨识与评估的基础上,围绕重大安全风险,确立"源头治理,预防为主,短板管理,重点控制"的安全风险预控原则,实施"三大安全对策",重大安全风险预控取得了较好效果。
BT project of Shenzhen Metro Line 5 has the characteristics of short construction period, complex geology and surrounding environment, various construction method, high security risk. On the basis of sufficient identification and evaluation for important security risk of BT project, the pre-control principle for security risk with source control, prevention first, short board management and key control is established. The pre-control for important security risk has achieved well effect.
