摘要
针对汽车离合器压盘结构参数化设计和工艺编码方法进行了研究。压盘结构参数化设计系统实现了其主要几何尺寸的自动计算与三维模型驱动,提出了压盘工艺编码的编码规则与结构。利用编程语言,实现了基于SolidWorks的压盘结构参数化设计和工艺编码系统。该研究对提高汽车离合器设计精度和速度,提高汽车设计水平具有一定的实用意义。
Structural parametric design and technical coding method for automobile clutch pressure plate were proposed.The structural parametric design system realized automatic computing of main dimensions and 3D models.Rule and structure of technical coding were presented.Using programming language,the pressure plate structural parametric design was realized and technical classification code system was established based on SolidWorks.The design and the coding system significantly improved the precision and speed of clutch design and enhanced design level of car.
