摘要 提出一种基于触摸键和点阵液晶的工业仪表人机交互的设计和实现方法,成功应用于电磁流量计仪表。在硬件结构上,仪表的人机交互功能模块和数据采集处理模块互相分离,协调运行,通过4个触摸键和192×64图形点阵液晶实现工业仪表复杂的人机交互功能,设计了简洁美观的显示界面。在软件实现中,采用模块化软件设计方法,把各个显示界面封装成子程序和相应的数据存储结构,程序结构清晰,维护和升级方便。这种人机交互设计和实现方法在工业仪表的人机交互应用中具有普遍意义。 A method of design and development of interactive interface for industrial instruments based on touch key and LCD is presented in this paper.It has been implemented in a kind of electromagnetic flowmeter.The hardware structure is divided into interactive interface module and data acquisition and processing module.The two modules operate independently and coordinately.The function of complex interactive interface for electromagnetic flowmeter is realized with four touch keys and 192×64 LCD.A simple beautiful display interface is designed.A modularized software design method is adopted.The display interface is packaged with sub procedure and relative data storage structure.The structure of software is clear and simple,which is easy to maintain and upgrade.The method of design and development of interactive interface can be used in other industrial instruments.
