摘要
以工控机和NI公司的PXI-6225多功能采集卡为主要硬件,以LabWindows/CVI为软件开发平台,构建了实现信号采集与信号分析的多功能模块的虚拟仪器系统。简要介绍了PXI-6225模拟输入端的主要性能,利用硬件驱动中的NI-DAQmx函数库控制多功能采集卡实现信号采集、显示,利用LabWindows/CVI中的Advanced Analysis函数库实现对信号的时域和频域分析,根据实验总结了信号采集与处理的程序流程和主要编程函数。最后,利用该虚拟仪器系统对某型号装备的2FSK信号进行测试,并给出了信号采集与处理的相关结果,取得了良好的效果。
The virtual instrument system of signal acquisition and signal analysis was constructed,the hardware based on industrial computer and PXI-6225 multifunctional acquisition board,and the software platform based on LabWindows/CVI.The main capability of PXI-6225 multifunctional acquisition board was introduced briefly.The NI-DAQmx function library of the hardware drive was used to control PXI-6225 to realize signal acquisition and display.And the Advanced Analysis function library of LabWindows/CVI was used to realize the signal analysis in time and frequency domain.The program flow and the primary programming functions were summed up according to experiments.Finally,this virtual instrument system was used to test the 2FSK signal of an equipment.The result of signal acquisition and processing was displayed.It showed the test effect was good.
