摘要
设计了一种专为销毁过期文件的自动打孔机。从打孔机运动部件检测得到的开关量信号,进行后续处理后送往单片机,单片机根据接收到的信号作出决策,并发出指令控制液压系统中的电磁换向阀动作,使打孔机自动完成打孔。阐述了控制系统的硬件设计,并对软件结构进行了介绍,着重讲述了I2C总线的软件实现方法。
An automatic punch machine was designed.The signal got from the movable parts of punch machine,were processed and then sent to the single-chip computer.The single-chip computer made a decision depending on the signals to control solenoid valve's action in hydraulic system,so as to make the machine punch holes on the repeal paper automatically.The hardware circuit design of control system was described.The software configuration and main program flow were presented.Software design of I2C Bus was discussed in detail.
