摘要
通过不同方法制备蒲公英全草、根提取物,比较其对大肠杆菌和金葡菌的抑制效果.采用药敏纸片法和二倍稀释法测定蒲公英全草、根对两种菌的抑制作用.结果表明,蒲公英全草和根对两种菌有明显的抑制作用,对金葡菌较敏感,蒲公英全草的抑菌效果优于蒲公英根,水提75%醇沉物抑菌效果优于水提和水提80%醇沉物.
Through different methods to prepare extractive of dandelion herbs and root, to compare their inhibitory effect on E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. By sensitive paper disk method and double dilutign method to determine the inhibitory efffect of dandelion herbs and root on the two kinds of bacteria. The results showed that Dandelion herbs and root have conspicuous inhibitory action on the two kinds of bacteria,there is more sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus, and antibacterial activity indicated that herbs is better than root, antibacterial effect of water extractive 75% alcohol precipitate is Superior to water extractive and water extractive 80% alcohol precipitate.
