Study and application of the tread formulation of high wear resistance TBR tire

介绍高耐磨全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶配方的研发和应用情况。结果表明,胎面胶配方中加入抗硫化返原剂,并采用偶联剂对白炭黑进行改性,胶料的加工性能和物理性能基本不变,阿克隆磨耗量减小;成品轮胎的耐磨性能提高,使用寿命延长。

Application of the tread formulation of high wear resistance TBR tire was investigated. The results showed that, by using of anti-recovery agent and silica modified hy coupling agent, the processing properties and physical properties of the tread compound changed little, and Akron wear volume decreased;wear resistance of the finished tire was improved and tire life extended.
