轿车子午线轮胎胎面基部胶配方优化

摘要 对轿车子午线轮胎胎面基部胶配方进行优化。结果表明,采用20份IR等量部分替代NR,并适当增大炭黑和促进剂的用量,胶料的工艺性能明显改善,生热有所提高,其它性能变化不大,原材料成本降低;成品轮胎耐久性能和高速性能达到国家标准要求。 The tread base compound of PCR tire was optimized. The results showed that, by using 20 phr IR to partly replace NR by equal weight, and increasing addition level of carbon black and accelerator properly, the processibility of compound improved significantly, the heat build up increased,other properties changed little,and the cost of materials reduced ; the endurance and speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of the national standards.
