自身免疫性肝炎肺组织中IL-17A及24p3表达的研究

摘要 目的探讨自身免疫性肝炎模型肺组织中IL-17A和24p3的表达及其变化,为临床治疗自身免疫性肝炎提供新的实验依据。方法选用刀豆蛋白A(ConA)诱导AIH模型,通过RT-PCR检测不同时间点IL-17A及24p3mRNA在小鼠肺组织中的表达,HE组织染色检查肺组织淋巴细胞浸润程度。结果IL-17A mRNA在AIH小鼠肺组织中有不同程度的表达,在相同时间点24p3 mRNA的表达高于IL-17A,并在12h出现最高水平表达,肺脏在8h出现炎症,72h炎症情况最为严重。结论在AIH模型小鼠肺脏中不同的时间点上出现了IL-17A和24p3的表达,两者可能在肺脏炎症的发生中发挥重要的作用。 Objective To study the expression of IL-17A and 24p3 in the lung of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) mouse. Methods The AIH animal model was inducing by ConA. The expression of IL-17A and 24p3 mRNA in the lung were detected by RT-PCR. The infiltration of lymphocyte was measured by HE. Results It was found that IL-17A was expressed in the lung of AIH mouse at different degrees and the expression of 24p3 was higher than that of IL-17A and reached the highest at 12h. The inflammation of lung appeared at 8h and was the most serious at 72h. Conclusion IL- 147A and 24p3 are expressed in the lung of AIH mouse at different times, which may be a significant role in the inflammation of lung.
