鸡胚海马AChE阳性神经元的分布及发育 被引量:1

摘要 用乙酰胆碱酯酶组织化学法观察了14、16、18、20d胚龄的鸡海马中乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性神经元的分布和发育。实验表明,海马前区、隔海马区、海马背内侧区、海马背外侧区、背海马、旁海马区中,从16d胚龄开始出现乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性神经元,这些阳性神经元随胚龄增加发生迁移,形态由圆形到多形,胞体由小变大,密度也发生变化。乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性反应神经元可分为强阳性、中等阳性及弱阳性三种。随胚龄增加,海马大部分区域阳性反应由弱到强,16、18d胚龄反应最强,20d胚龄反应减弱。本文对此变化的意义进行了探讨,认为乙酰胆碱酯酶在鸡胚海马发育的一定阶段具有神经营养因子的作用。 With the techniques of Nissl staining and Acetylcholinesterase histochemistry, the hippocampus of 14, 16,18, 20 d chick embryo were observed. There were three kinds AChE containing cells-heavily stained cells, moderately stained cells and lightly stained cells. The main results were as follows: 1, AChE containing neurons began to appear in 16 d chick embryo hippocampus. In 16 or 18 d, AChE staining was the strongest. After that, AChE staining became weaker. 2. The morphology of AChE containing neurons changed from spherical to cells with different shapethrough and their diameters were increased in the course of neurons migrating. 3. The density of AChE containing neurons varled regularly in different subregions of hippocampus.
