摘要 目的观察CT引导下臭氧盘内、盘外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症患者62例,70个椎间盘,在CT引导下行盘内穿刺注射浓度为60μg/ml的氧气一臭氧混合气体20~30ml、盘外(椎间孔)注射浓度为40μg/ml氧气一臭氧混合气体10ml,观察其治疗效果。结果62例椎间盘突出症患者治疗3个月后随访,按照改良Macnab疗效评定标准进行评定:优25例(40.3%),良33例(53.2%),差4例(6.5%),优良率93.5%,未出现1例骨髓、神经、硬膜囊、血管、肠管损伤等严重并发症。结论CT引导下臭氧盘内、盘外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有定位准确、操作简单、安全可靠、痛苦小、并发症少、恢复快、费用少、效果佳等优点,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的良好介入治疗方法之一,具有一定的推广价值。 Objective To observe results of injection treatment of lumbar disc herniation inside and outside. Methods 70 discs of 62 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with oxygen - ozone gas inside and outside guided by CT. The therapeutic effect was assessed with the standards MauVab. Results 62 patients with disc herniation were followed-up 3 months after the treatment. There were 25 cases (41.1%) with excellent results, 33 cases (53.2%) with good results and 4 cases (6.9%) with poor results, which were without any case of bone marrow, nerves, dural sac, blood vessels, bowel injury, and other serious complications. The excellent rate was of 93.1%. Conclusion The treatment is an ideal method for lumbar disc herniation with the promotion of a certain value.
