麻醉性镇痛药的临床应用分析

目的了解在新的《麻醉药品、第一类精神药品管理规定》颁布后麻醉性镇痛药的应用现状及趋势。方法对2006年-2008年麻醉性镇痛药使用品种、金额、数量和用药频率进行统计、分析。结果麻醉性镇痛药在2006～2007年呈上升趋势。而2007-2008年则呈逐渐下降趋势，枸橼酸芬太尼注射液的用量相对稳定；盐酸吗啡注射液和盐酸吗啡缓释片用于癌症疼痛病人逐步增加。盐酸哌替啶注射液用于癌症疼痛病人所占比例减小。结论麻醉性镇痛药能合理应用于麻醉、术后镇痛及癌症疼痛；但用于癌症疼痛患者的无创性给药用量仍有不足。特别是不能口服的患者使用的透皮制剂有待推广和提高。

Objective To review the application and trends of narcosis analgesic of our hospital after the new management regulations of narcotics. Methods The varieties, amount, number and frequency for narcotics during 2006-2008 in our hospital were analyzed. Results The narcotic in our hospital had an increased trend during 2006-2007 ,But downtrend during 2007-2008. The dosage of fentanyl was relative stabilization. The use of morphine injection and morphine release tablets for the pain of cancer patients were gradually increased. The proportion of meperidine injection for the pain of cancer patients were decreased. Conclusion The narcotic analgesics of our hospital were reasonable using for anesthesia, postoperative analgesia and the pain of cancer. But the therapy dose of no wound medicine giving for cancer patients was still lacking. Especially for the patients who were unable to be treated by oral, the transdermal preparations needed to be promoted and improved.
