摘要
采用生物发酵法从葡萄糖直接制备葡萄糖酸镁,实验表明:温度在31℃,摇床转速250r/min,pH4~6时,其发酵转化率为8738%。
Magnesium gluconate is prepared by the way of biofermentation. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:reaction temperature,fermentation reaction rotation speed of table, and pH of fermentation solution are 31℃,250r/min,and 4~6 respectively.On these conditions the fermentation yield is 87.38%.The product is identified and also up to the standard of food additive.
