安徽省与长三角区域差距的测算及原因分析

The Measurement of the Gap Between Anhui Province and Yangtze River Delta and the Analysis of its Causes

通过建立衡量区域差距的指标体系,在SPSS软件中运用因子分析法和聚类分析法分析得出:安徽和长三角间的差距巨大,且区域内各市间的差距也非常明显;安徽和长三角区域差距大的主要原因是经济总量和对外开放水平低,社会发育水平低,工业化、城市化水平和环保水平低;工业化水平低、产业结构不合理,基础设施和公共服务水平低、市场化水平低等既是安徽和长三角间差距的重要表现,又是产生差距的根源;安徽在人口素质等方面和长三角差距不大,有些城市还有明显优势,但目前还没有充分发挥出来。

The reasons that cause the huge gap between the two regions are the low level of total economic output,opening-up, social development,industrialization,urbanization and environmental protection. The low level of industrialization,unreasonable industrial structure, low level of infrastructure pub- lic service and marketization are not only the performance of the gap between the two regions but also the original reasons which cause the gap. Anhui has a little distance to the Yangtze River Delta on the quality of the population, some cities of Anhui have advantages,but it has not brought into play yet.
