反思性教学理论与教师反思能力的培养 被引量:2

摘要 教师在实践教学中发挥着重要的作用,其反思和自省的能力和水平决定着教学效果,也是推动教学改革的源动力。而反思性理论为教师反思能力的培养提供了一定的理论依据,只要不断提高教师教学质量的自觉意识,充分发挥教师反思行为在教学实践过程中的作用,主动进行教学反思性实践性探索,教师教学反思能力的培养就能取得理想的效果。
