摘要
以12家中外家电企业为案例,采用结构化内容分析方法探讨了国有企业、民营企业与外资企业的特征的偏好和差异性分析。结果发现,(1)影响消费者是公益行为的主要目标导向;(2)三类企业在公益行为的各特征变量的首要选择表现比较一致。(3)国有企业和民营企业表现比较一致;(4)而外资企业与中资企业的差异主要体现在"参与主体"、"内部参与人员"、"活动范围"和"投入资源"四个方面。
The paper explores preferred the characteristics and the differences of public welfare Initiatives(PWI) of 12 Chinese and foreign home appliances enterprises through structured content analysis.It is found that(1) impacting consumer is the primary objective of PWI;(2) the first choices of all variable are consistent among three types of enterprises;(3) the choices of the state-owned and private enterprises are more consistent;(4) the differences between foreign and Chinese enterprises are mainly reflected in the "participant brand","internal participants","activities area" and "resources".
