摘要
企业失败项目客观而大量存在,大量的失败项目资源急待处理与优化配置,系统界定项目失败的标准是进行资源配置的前提与基础,目前缺少对企业项目失败标准全面系统的界定。在借鉴国内外学者与实业界对企业项目成败标准界定的基础上,从程度、时间和层级三个维度系统界定了企业项目失败的标准。
Objectively,there are many failed projects in the enterprises,and lots of resources about failed projects are to be made use of and optimized allocation in time,and comprehensive definition of enterprise project failure criteria is the premise and foundation of the resource allocation.The paper gives comprehensive definition of enterprise project failure criteria,from three dimensions of degree,time and hierarchy.
