颅针加药物对急性脑梗死痰证患者神经功能康复与血清SOD、MDA影响的研究

Effects of Cranial Sutures Acupuncture Plus Drugs on Recovery of Neural Function and Serum SOD and MDA in Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients with Phlegm Syndrome

目的探讨针刺颅骨缝区(颅针)加药物对急性脑梗死(CI)痰证患者的神经功能康复及血清SOD、MDA的影响,观察颅针治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表分为单纯药物组(A组)和针刺颅骨缝区加药物(B组)各20例。A组采用神经内科常规治疗,B组在A组治疗的基础上,加用针刺冠状缝、矢状缝、人字缝、额颞诸缝治疗。对照观察临床神经功能缺损评分值、中医症候积分及血清SOD活性、MDA含量的变化。结果①脑梗死痰证患者急性期血清SOD活性较正常值明显降低,MDA含量较正常值明显增高;②治疗后2组临床神经功能缺损评分值、中医症候积分显著降低,血清SOD活性均有显著性升高、MDA水平均显著性降低,B组优于A组,2组比较有显著性差异。结论颅针加药物治疗急性CI能明显改善患者神经功能,减轻临床症候,其作用机制之一可能是针刺提高了血清SOD活性水平,使机体清除脑梗死后的自由基增强,MDA含量降低,减轻了再灌注损伤。

Objective To explore the effects of cranial sutures acupuncture plus drugs on recovery of neural function and serum superoxide dismutase （SOD） and malonaldehyde （MDA） in acute cerebral infarction （ACI） patients with phlegm syndrome. Methods 40 ACI patients with phlegm syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （group A, n=20） was treated with routine drugs and the treatment group （group B, n=20） with routine drugs and acupuncturing at cranial sutures. The score of neurologic impairment, score of TCM syndromes and the changes of content of serum SOD and activity of MDA were observed. Results Compared with the normal range, the activity of serum SOD in ACI patients with phlegm syndrome were decreased significantly and the content of MDA were increased significantly. The scores of neurologic impairment and scores of TCM syndromes were decreased significantly, the activity of serum SOD was increased significantly, and the content of serum MDA was decreased significantly after treatment in both groups. The change amplitude in group B was higher than that in group A, and there were significant difference between them. Conclusion Cranial sutures acupuncture plus drugs can improve neural function of ACI patients, alleviate clinical symptoms. Its mechanism is probably related with the effects of increasing SOD activity, reducing MDA content and alleviating reperfusion injury.
