摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗社区小儿咳嗽的疗效。方法选取82例咳嗽的小儿随机分为中西医结合治疗组(41例)及西药治疗对照组(41例);对照组单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗,观察两组疗效。结果中西医结合组病人治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗社区小儿咳嗽优于单纯西药治疗。
OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic community combining Chinese and Western medicine efficacy of cough in children. METHODS Select the 82 cases of cough in children were randomly divided into the combination therapy group（41 cases） and western medicine control group（41 cases）;the control group treated with Western medicine,the treatment group in the control group was added based on traditional Chinese medicine treatment,were observed efficacy. RESULTS Chinese and Western medicine treatment efficiency of combined group of patients was significantly higher（P0.05） . CONCLUSION Chinese and Western medicine in children with cough efficacy of therapeutic community is better than Western medicine.
