摘要
伦理视野下校长领导权力的二重性包括价值性和工具。现实中,由于工具性遮蔽了价值性,致使领导权力的道义精神迷失。为此,应通过价值性规导工具性,以实现领导权力本真价值的回归。
From the perspective of ethic,the duality of principal leadership power includes the value and instrumentality.In reality,instrumentality sheltering value leads to the loss of the moral spirit of the leadership power.Therefore,it should achieve the return of the true value of the leadership power by the value guiding the instrumentality.
