非离子表面活性剂C_8~C_(10)脂肪酸甘油酯的合成及应用

摘要 本研究是利用制皂过程中分离出的副产物C8~C10混合脂肪酸与甘油酯化后进行氧乙烯化反应,合成一种新型的非离子表面活性剂,并作为纺织助剂应用于涤纶织物的后整理工艺,提高了织物的吸水性、抗静电性和易去污等性能。 In this paper, the separated by-products in manufacturing soap, mixedfatty acids (C8~C10), were oxidated with ethylene after they were sterified with glycerine,and a new type of nonionsurface active agent was sythesized. This agent as textile auxiliary was used in the later technology of polyester fibre fabric and improved water absorption,anti static electricity and ease stain-cleaning properties of fabric.
