p73蛋白表达与老年人和非老年人肺癌临床病理特征的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨p73与老年人肺癌和非老年人肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测72例老年人肺癌组织、38例非老年人肺癌组织及34例癌旁组织中p73蛋白的表达。结果p73蛋白在老年人肺癌组织和非老年人肺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为62.5%、76.3%,均明显高于癌旁组织(26.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年人肺癌中,在不同性别和不同淋巴结转移状况的患者中,p73蛋白表达均有统计学差异(P<0.05);在不同肿瘤大小、不同组织学类型、不同分化程度、不同临床分期的患者中,p73蛋白表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。非老年人肺癌中,在不同性别的患者中p73蛋白表达有统计学差异(P<0.05);在不同肿瘤大小、不同组织学类型、不同分化程度、不同临床分期及不同淋巴结转移状况的患者中,p73蛋白表达均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论p73表达上调可能是肺癌发生、发展的重要因素;p73在老年人和非老年人肺癌组织中的表达有差异,推测p73上调可能与老年人肺癌的转移有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship expression of p73 protein and tumorigenesis and progression of patients aged between over 60 years old and less than 60 with lung cancer.Methods In 110 cases of lung cancer and 34 cases of adjacent tissues of cancer,S-P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of p73 proteins in tissue samples.Results The positive rates of p73 in lung cancer were 62.5% and 76.3% respectively,which were higher than that in adjacent normal lung tissues(P〈0.05).p73 protein expression was associated with lymph node metastasis and gender in older people(P〈0.05),but was not associated with the size of tumor,histologic type,pathological stage,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis(P〉0.05).p73 protein expression was associated with gender in younger people(P〈0.05),but was not associated with the size of tumor,histologic type,pathological stage,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis(P〉0.05).Conclusions The enhanced expression of p73 proteins in the patients with lung cancer suggests that they may play important roles in the pathway of carcinogenesis and progression.p73 protein expression makes a difference in the tissues between older and younger patients with lung cancer.The ehnanced expression of 73 protein may promote the ersion and melastasis of lung cancer in old patients.
