摘要
稳压器是核动力装置中的重要设备,它的重量和尺寸是影响核动力装置重量体积及布置的重要因素。本文采用自主开发的复合形-遗传优化方法对稳压器的净容积进行了优化设计,结果显示:优化方案与母型相比容积减小了40.9%,优化效果显著。同时对稳压器净容积受一回路运行参数影响的敏感性进行了分析,为工程设计提供参考。
Pressurizer is an important component in nuclear power plant,whose weight and dimension influence the weight,volume and arrangement of nuclear power plant.The design optimization of net volume of pressurizer was carried out based on a complex-genetic algorithm,which is a self-developed method.The results show that optimal volume is 40.9% less than original,and the optimization effect is obvious.The effects of operation parameters of primary loop on the net volume of pressurizer were also analyzed in order to provide reference for engineering design.
